Birthday in the Library

I've always felt at home in a library surrounded by books which I devoured as soon as I could read. Story time was my favorite library event. I celebrated my 4th birthday at the public library in Malvern, Arkansas, where I lived at the time. Look at all those eager readers eating cupcake cone birthday treats. That's me in the white dress with the blue sash!
